Return Policy

Visionary Lighting stands behind our goods and services and wants you to be satisfied. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.

Note that some conditions apply and not all products are eligible for return; read below for our complete policy.

CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE

RETURNS – UNDAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item in its original packaging within seven (7) days of receipt (for seasonal items) or thirty (30) days of receipt (for all other products).

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs AND a 20% restocking fee.

Credit will be issued at “invoiced price” LESS a 20% restocking fee PLUS original shipping costs.

  • PROCESS FOR RETURNS – ALL returns must be pre-approved with an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number
  • NO merchandise returns will be accepted without prior written authorization.
  • Request for RGA must be emailed to info@visionary-lighting.com

Include a reason for the return:

  • Product was not what you were expecting
  • You ordered the wrong product
  • You changed your mind
  • ALL returned items must be sent back to us using the original shipping boxes and packing material and in new and uninstalled condition to receive full credit.
  • If your item was delivered via freight, your return is subject to a freight pick up fee which will be deducted from your refund. You will receive a call to schedule a freight pick up appointment within 2-3 business days.
  • Send your return via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS and obtain a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for any return without a documented tracking number.
  • Write your RGA number on the outside of the carton and include the printed RGA document in the returned carton.
  • Once the product is received at our warehouse in good condition we will issue a refund via PayPal to the same credit card used for the purchase.

 

RETURNS – CLEARANCE AND CUSTOM ITEMS

Sales of clearance items and custom made-to-order items are final.

 

RETURNS - DAMAGED PRODUCTS

All claims of damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receipt of product.

  • Request for RGA must be emailed to info@visionary-lighting.com or call 424-536-5060 during normal business hours.
  • Include the reason “Damaged” in the request
